Clarity is Power!

What does that mean? Well, as you know July is a done deal.

You now have a clean slate to make Awesome August exactly the way you want it...and you can you make this month Rock if you so choose to?

We must understand right now that Clarity is Power!

If you become completely clear on your goals and know what you want, then you can begin to create a M.A.P, otherwise known as a MASSIVE ACTION PLAN.

This massive action plan begins with a pen, a piece sheet of paper and burning desire burning desire to make a difference in your life.

Write down where you are right now and where you want to be. BE REALISTIC. Dropping 30 pounds in one month is not realistic or healthy. Becoming a Black Belt in a Year will never happen at NAK.

Try chunking things down into bite size pieces. (What is chunking? Chunking is grouping together information into ideally-sized pieces so they can be used effectively to produce the results you want. It's turning alot into a little!) This makes things very realistic and will help you to build momentum once you begin to see results.

(The journey of a 1000 miles begins with the first step!)

Once you do this assignment please send it my way so you can be held accountable for your actions. This is a simple but yet powerful exercise that will help you to create clarity and move yourself to developing a better you.

As we all know the biggest room in the world is ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!

Keep improving and remember:

Health & Fitness Tip}>Everyday we train is a great day...which is why we train everyday!

August is here and the bell has just rung.

We are officially in Round 8 of the year. In a 12 round fight you definitely need strength, stamina, speed, power and endurance. As Kyoshi LaVallee says "Cardio is King when you Step in the Ring!"

If we use the same 12 round concept for life we can see that we need Passion, Hunger and Drive in order to succeed.

We should also be able to identify if we had a few slow months. Lets say January was a bit off, we can still pick up the pace in February, March etc...

On the other hand, if we had great 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds, we might start getting to comfortable and start slipping backwards. This can lead us to getting knocked out...not a fun place to be.

So my questions for you are:

Have you been scoring some great success so far this year?

How is your Martial Arts and Fitness?

How well are you developing you PMA => Positive Mental Attitude?

Are you ahead in points or are you trailing behind?

Are you hoping for a knock out this month or would you rather maintain a constant and steady pace?

With August being round 8, are you feeling good about where you are right now?

If you answered yes, way to go! I hope your training will continue to go great and that you feel stronger every day in every way.

If you answered no, lets start picking up the pace.

If you want to lead a great life, you have to take great actions.

The law of expectation says; Whatever you expect with confidence, becomes your own self fulfilling prophecy.

Do you expect health, wealth and happiness?

Do you expect great relationships with friends and family? Are you expecting the best out of life?

Now is the time to evaluate if you are on track, behind a tad, or up ahead of the game.

Find the situation and then fix it! There is always a way if you are committed!

On a final note: Say “YES” Everyday to prepare yourself for victory!

Every time you step in the dojo say” yes” I love my martial arts. Every time you prepare for cardio, say “yes” I love being in tip top shape.

This positive thought process will make a positive impact in your life personally and professionally.
