“NAK Martial Arts Center is a place where the best get better and greatness
is expected from everyone in attendance!”
Hello Champions,
The journey to Black Belt and beyond is certainly a worthwhile long term goal or objective for you as a student.
I along with our world class team of Black Belt Instructors are well aware of the life changing experience the martial arts provides.
We know we must lead you toward Success in your Martial Arts training.
It is our responsibility to Guide, Coach, Inspire and motivate or re-motivate you to stick with this very worthy goal.
Champions in life come out of the gate fast and furious.
Ever watch the Kentucky Derby?
The highest priced thoroughbreds in the world, come out charging
as soon as those gates are opened. If they hesitate, they lose.
How about Olympic Gold Medal swimmer, Michael Phelps?
He comes out fast and furious to set the pace and win the gold.
A high percentage of Top 5% Achievers get an early and aggressive start to their day. A great quote to remember is…
“Do a bunch by lunch…be a winner by dinner!”
When you start your day fast, you set the pace for the entire day and you’ll find that your overall productivity and results increase and improve.
Author, Gary Ryan Blair says that speed is the ultimate competitive weapon.
Rarely do you find anyone winning the race of life if they start slow and lack clarity and purpose to their actions. Be proactive, pick up the pace, start each day earlier and faster. Become more aggressive in your actions and attitudes toward the goals and dreams you desire.
The later you start your day and the slower you are to take action, the less you’re going to get done. Therefore accomplishing less. As a Top Performer, you must take action everyday to move you closer to your ultimate objective.
Start each day fast with purpose and direction. Take massive action sooner versus later, so you can enjoy massive results and rewards in your life.
Don't wait... Create!

Health & Fitness Tip: Champions Defeat Obstacles!
Why is this an important Fitness Tip? Because even you will have to deal with temporary setbacks and obstacles that may interfere with your fitness goals.
Is time ever an obstacle? Then, plan in advance and perhaps going to bed earlier so you can get an earlier start to your day may be the answer.
How about injuries? If they do occur, focus on what YOU CAN DO instead of what YOU CAN'T. You may need to alter your plan, but never give up or give in to the injury. There is always a way if you are truly committed.
How about soreness or fatigue? You may want to have planned rest days or even an occasional weekend of rest and recharge. Be sure you've earned to rest though. Make sure you're not just being lazy and allowing comfort zones to rule you.
How about sickness? My belief is the moment you admit sickness and give into it, it just magnified itself and will only get worse before it gets better. More often than not, you can train yourself healthy again by filling your mind with thoughts of health, wealth and happiness.
How about stress? The excuse just became the reason you would train. Get rid of your stress by training, no better way to rid your body of tension and negativity than you train it away.
Bottom line is this, as a Champion, you can never fall prey to "Excusitis." It is a terrible disease and is extremely common amongst normal human beings. But you and I are not normal, we are Champions and CHAMPIONS DEFEAT OBSTACLES!

Caring
Martial Artists know that caring s not just a way of feeling, it is a way of behaving. If you can answer “yes” to the following, then you are a Caring Martial Artist. Yes, I am responsive to the needs of others unselfishly....Yes, I treat people with kindness and generosity....Yes, I give of myself to help others unconditionally. Always remember, we become caring people by doing caring things.
